Słoneczna 2, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie, Poland (“Master Your Money,” “Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).This Agreement governs your access to and use of the FutureWorth mobile application, website, updates, and related services (collectively, the “Application”).By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Application.## 1. The ApplicationFutureWorth is a financial-management application designed to help users:* Record and organize financial information;
* Track assets, liabilities, savings, investments, and financial goals;
* Calculate and monitor net worth;
* View financial summaries, projections, and visualizations; and
* Receive AI-generated insights based on information entered into the Application.Features may be changed, added, suspended, or removed over time.## 2. EligibilityYou must be at least 16 years old to use FutureWorth.If applicable law requires you to be older to enter into this Agreement without parental or guardian consent, you may use the Application only with the required consent.You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept this Agreement and that you are not prohibited from using the Application under applicable law.## 3. LicenseSubject to your compliance with this Agreement, Master Your Money grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, access, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual-property rights to you. Master Your Money reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.Updates, upgrades, replacements, and supplementary features are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate agreement.## 4. License RestrictionsExcept where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:* Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application;
* Make the Application available to unauthorized third parties;
* Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain its source code;
* Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Application;
* Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
* Circumvent authentication, security, access, or usage restrictions;
* Access the Application through automated means without our written permission;
* Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
* Interfere with the Application’s availability, security, or operation;
* Use the Application to violate another person’s rights;
* Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes; or
* Use the Application in a manner that violates applicable third-party terms.## 5. User AccountsSome features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your credentials confidential.You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.## 6. User Information and ContentYou retain ownership of the financial information, text, files, and other content you submit to FutureWorth (“User Content”).You grant Master Your Money a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, and display User Content solely as necessary to:* Provide and operate the Application;
* Generate requested calculations and AI-powered features;
* Maintain security and prevent misuse;
* Provide technical support; and
* Improve the Application, where permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted, except where continued retention is required by law, necessary for security or dispute resolution, or present in temporary backups awaiting deletion.You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate and that you have the legal right to provide it.## 7. AI-Generated ContentFutureWorth may use artificial intelligence to generate financial explanations, projections, summaries, insights, or suggested actions.AI-generated content:* May be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances;
* Is generated partly from information you provide;
* May contain errors or unexpected results; and
* Must be independently reviewed before you rely on it.You must not treat AI-generated content as a guarantee, professional opinion, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time.## 9. No Financial or Investment AdviceFutureWorth is provided for informational, educational, planning, and organizational purposes only.Master Your Money is not acting as your bank, broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, accountant, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing in the Application constitutes:* Financial or investment advice;
* A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset;
* An offer or solicitation involving securities or financial products;
* Tax, accounting, or legal advice; or
* A guarantee of investment performance or financial results.Financial projections depend on assumptions and information supplied by you. Actual market conditions, taxes, inflation, fees, exchange rates, and personal circumstances may produce materially different results.You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making material financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.## 10. Market and Financial InformationPrices, exchange rates, calculations, market information, and other financial information displayed by FutureWorth may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or obtained from third-party sources.We do not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for trading or investment decisions.The Application is not intended to execute financial transactions or provide real-time trading information unless a feature expressly states otherwise.## 11. Technical Requirements and UpdatesYou are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, internet connection, and other software meet the Application’s technical requirements.We may release updates to correct errors, enhance security, add or remove features, or maintain compatibility. Certain updates may be required for continued use.We do not guarantee that the Application will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.## 12. Maintenance and AvailabilityWe may perform planned or emergency maintenance and may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Application.We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, internet failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.Master Your Money is responsible for maintenance and support to the extent required by applicable law. App-store operators have no obligation to provide maintenance or support.## 13. Third-Party ServicesFutureWorth may use, display, or link to third-party services, content, analytics, market information, AI systems, or websites.Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.Your use of the Application must comply with any applicable third-party terms.## 14. Purchases and SubscriptionsIf FutureWorth offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase.Payments processed by an app-store operator are subject to that operator’s payment and refund rules. Unless otherwise required by law, Master Your Money does not control app-store billing or refunds.Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant app-store account settings before the renewal date.Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.## 15. Apple App Store TermsIf you download FutureWorth through Apple’s App Store:1. This Agreement is between you and Master Your Money, not Apple.
2. Master Your Money, not Apple, is responsible for the Application and its content.
3. Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchasing rules.
4. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application.
5. If the Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple. Where applicable, Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
6. Master Your Money, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims concerning the Application, including product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims.
7. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list.
8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its applicable provisions against you.## 16. Intellectual PropertyThe Application—including its software, design, interface, branding, graphics, text, databases, algorithms, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Master Your Money and is protected by intellectual-property laws.“FutureWorth,” associated logos, and other identifying elements may not be used without prior written permission.Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used to improve FutureWorth without payment or obligation to you. This does not give us ownership of your User Content or personal information.## 17. Suspension and TerminationYou may stop using the Application at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.We may suspend or terminate your access if:* You materially or repeatedly violate this Agreement;
* Your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
* We are required to do so by law;
* We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity; or
* We discontinue the Application.Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice before termination.When this Agreement ends, your license to use the Application ends immediately. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective.## 18. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FutureWorth is provided “as is” and “as available.”We do not warrant that:* The Application will meet every requirement;
* Access will be uninterrupted or error-free;
* Calculations, projections, AI output, or third-party information will always be accurate;
* Defects will always be corrected; or
* The Application will achieve any particular financial result.Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.## 19. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Master Your Money will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, savings, data, opportunities, investments, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use FutureWorth.Master Your Money is not responsible for losses resulting from:* Financial decisions made using the Application;
* Incorrect information entered by a user;
* AI-generated content or financial projections;
* Market changes or investment performance;
* Third-party services or information;
* Unauthorized account access not caused by our failure to use reasonable care; or
* Events outside our reasonable control.Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to foreseeable loss directly caused by our breach.Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.## 20. IndemnificationTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Master Your Money for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising directly from:* Your unlawful use of the Application;
* Your material violation of this Agreement;
* User Content that infringes another person’s rights; or
* Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct.This section does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Master Your Money or where indemnification is prohibited by consumer law.## 21. Changes to the AgreementWe may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the Application, applicable law, security requirements, or our business practices.We will publish the updated Agreement and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.If you do not agree to an updated Agreement, you must stop using the Application. Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law.## 22. Governing Law and DisputesThis Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you also retain the protections and rights provided by the laws of your habitual residence.Courts in Poland will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law permits or requires you to bring a claim elsewhere.Before beginning formal proceedings, you may contact us at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.## 23. General TermsIf any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to reflect its intended purpose as closely as permitted by law.Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.You may not transfer this Agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of our business, subject to applicable law.This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Master Your Money concerning the Application, except for any additional terms presented for a particular feature or purchase.## 24.
